About Estoril

Estoril is defined by its landmark Casino, among Europe's largest, the formal Parque do Estoril gardens descending to Praia do Tamariz, and a legacy of grand hotels and WWII intrigue. The seafront Paredão promenade connects directly to Cascais, and the Linha de Cascais reaches Lisbon in about 35–40 minutes. Real estate is prime: belle-époque villas, sea-view apartments and restored mansions priced well above the municipal median. The market is dominated by international and HNW buyers; returns favour prestige and capital growth over rental yield, and residential purchase no longer qualifies for residency.
