Calis Beach is a flat, walkable seafront resort linked to Fethiye by water taxi, with a long promenade of apartments, cafes and a famous bay sunset. It is one of Turkey's most established expat communities. Dollar-priced apartments offer good holiday yields and easy long-stay letting; the main risk is lira and inflation volatility distorting nominal prices.
