About Jardins

Jardins is the benchmark for affluent urban living in São Paulo, spanning the garden sub-neighbourhoods of Jardim Paulista, Jardim América, Jardim Europa and Jardim Paulistano. Master-planned as a "garden city" from the 1910s-20s, it keeps tree-canopied sidewalks, low-rise mansions and elegant mid-rise apartments, and ranks among the city’s safest, most exclusive areas. Its commercial heart, Rua Oscar Freire, is compared to Fifth Avenue and the Champs-Élysées, with Dior, Chanel, Hermès and Cartier. Dining is a defining draw, Alex Atala’s two-Michelin-star D.O.M. sits blocks off Oscar Freire, the Fasano hotel anchors a cluster of Italian classics, and MASP and Parque Trianon are on adjacent Avenida Paulista.
