About El Limonar

El Limonar is old money by the Mediterranean: grand villas behind garden walls, jacaranda-lined streets, infinity pools and sweeping views over the bay of Málaga. Born as a luxury enclave in the late 1800s, it remains the city's most prestigious place to live, calm, secure and green, yet only about ten minutes and 450 metres from La Caleta beach. For buyers it's the prime capital-preservation segment: high entry prices (~€5,000/m²) and modest rental yields, but reliable demand from families drawn to space, privacy and nearby international schools. Scarce villa supply and the area's enduring cachet keep values resilient.
